Peek is a special engineering plastic. Machined peek parts almost have the excellent characteristics of plastic and metal, such as high temperature resistance, impact resistance, flame retardant, acid and alkali resistance, hydrolysis resistance, wear resistance, fatigue resistance and irradiation resistance. Its thermal deformation temperature is 160 ℃. When 20% ~ 30% glass fiber is added, the thermal deformation temperature can be increased to 280 ~ 300 ℃. It is also a very solid material with excellent long-term creep resistance and fatigue resistance. Meanwhile, peek has good chemical stability and strong corrosion resistance to acid, alkali and almost all organic solvents,
